The BOLD community is a cancer outpatient support and wellness initiative available to anyone affected by cancer... a place where mind, body & spirit are nurtured.
Our 5Rhythms Wednesday classes are an opportunity to dance & drum in community. Group members are eager to keep moving no matter where they are in their journey. We embody movement with curiosity, kindness, compassion & community.
