5R Tribal Spirit is an online forum to support and nurture the 5Rhythms community in activism. Its feet are the many teachers all over the globe who offer the 5Rhythms in the spirit of service to at-risk individuals and communities, connecting them to their vast creative resources by providing them with a tangible practice of movement as meditation.
